Madhura is the Head of Leadership Development & Curriculum Innovation at Haiyya. She has worked on developing training content for Haiyya’s Executive Education Program: People, Power & Change. Prior to this she worked on developing content design and on-ground mobilization across North Indian states on gender sensitization. Madhura was a student of Harvard Kennedy School’s Executive Education program on Leadership, Organizing and Action. Prior to Haiyya, She has been part of – Centre for Policy Research as the Communications officer, and with Pratham Education Foundation as an Associate, Communications & Fundraising Team. With New Concept Information Systems she served as the core member of the copy and design team on the creation of content and print material for leading organizations including UNDP, WHO, UNIDEF, DFID, etc, while documenting ongoing project information and coordinated photo and video shoots.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication and Child Guidance Certificate Course both from IGNOU and Bachelor of Arts, History Honors – Miranda House, Delhi University.
