Natasha is the Director of Network Development at Rhize. A trainer, coach and strategy consultant having worked across programs with diverse communities and issues, she was formerly the Co-director at Haiyya. She deeply cares about gender, health and caste issues with a focus on intersectional leadership and designing interventions that enable changemakers as decision-makers shifting away from service delivery models. Natasha has coached and trained social change leaders and professionals across issues of sanitation, sexual health, TB, women’s safety, education, environment and others.
She holds a Masters degree in Development Studies from the University of Sydney, with a background in business studies during her undergraduation at Delhi University. She advocated and worked closely to implement a sexual harassment policy at the University of Sydney. Natasha organised one of the first conferences at the University bringing together 9 top women leaders across Australia across industries to share their narratives of struggles, hope and inspiration in male-dominated careers.
