Jayati graduated from Harvard Graduate School of Education in May 2017, where she focused on building tools at the intersection of narrative, adult development-based coaching and learning design. She has worked with Marshall Ganz on designing tools to use the public narrative framework in other different contexts and is now looking to do that kind of work in India. Haiyya has worked extensively with Jayati, where she has helped facilitate a lot of amazing conversations around team building, collective growth, vision, mission etc. She is currently shaping up her own organization called ‘Sensemaking Lab’ in India.
